MUTTON YOGURT BIRIYANI

 INGREDIENTS:

Basmati rice-1/2kg

mutton(lamb)-1/2kg

yogurt-1 cup 

large onion-3

green chillies-6

coriander leaves-1cup

chilli powder-2tbsp

coriander powder-2tbsp

turmeric powder-1/2tsp

cumin-1tsp

salt-necessary amount

cinnamon-2

cloves-2

cardamom-2

brinjal leaves-1

coconut small pieces/milling-1cup

cashewnut-10

oil-200gm

ghee-50gm

RECEIPE:

*Leave the basmati rice to simmer without boiling.

*Then washed and cleaned mix yogurt,salt and turmeric powder in mutton and soak for two hours.

*Next,grind cumin and green chillies and mix it with chilli powder and coriander powder.

*Then put the cooker in the oven,pour oil+ghee and after it dries,add the peel,cloves,cardamom,brinjal

 leaves,chopped onion and fry until golden.

*Mutton soaked with shredded onion add slices and fry till oil separates.Then grind the green

 chillies.add chilli,cumin and stir well,add salt and water and let it boil.

*When the broth boils and the mutton is cooked,add the grated coconut and grind to a fine paste and

 add to the broth.when the broth boils and thickens,add the fried stock and stir well.

*Sprinkle with coriander serve.

*Delicious mutton yogurt biriyani ready.
